Our dedicated, state-of-the-art Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) operates 24/ 7/ 365 with trained experts ready to react immediately.
The Smart Button works directly in conjunction with our lone working app, which can easily be downloaded from the App and Play Stores. A simple press of the Smart Button is all it takes to override the keypad lock on your phone and raise an alarm.
In certain situations, you will need to discreetly signal for help without alerting an aggressor. The Smart Button allows you to do this through its Bluetooth connection with the app.
Once an alarm is raised, your GPS coordinates will be sent to the Peoplesafe Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) using the smartphone’s GPS capabilities, so our Controllers can send the emergency services directly to you.
Working in conjunction with the Peoplesafe Pro app, the button is certified to BS 8484:2022 (the British Standard for suppliers of device/app based lone worker services).
